What are you using for a knowledge base?

Not sure if this is off topic, but I would love to hear what people are using for a knowledgebase system in their district. Ideally, I would like to find a system that integrates with a trouble ticket system. 

Any recommendations out there?

Salem-Keizer uses HEAT as ...

Salem-Keizer uses HEAT as a ticket tracking system and we own their Knowledge Base tool.  However, we're talking in house about how best to track knowledge.  Some things we're considering HEAT's tool and SharePoint.  But it's all open to discussion.  I'll try to remember to come back and post again when we make a decision and talk about how it's going in real practice.
